Shipping and Delivery Policy

How and when the Service is delivered after you sign up or pay.

1. Digital service only

Flare Reply is software delivered online. We do not ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or delivery addresses.

2. When you get access

  • Free trial and Free plan: immediately after you confirm your email address.
  • Paid plans: as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a few minutes. The new plan’s limits then apply to your whole agency.
  • Team members get access when they accept their invitation.

Access is delivered to the email address on the account. Invoices are issued by email through Razorpay.

3. If access is delayed

If a paid plan does not show in Billing within 24 hours of payment, email the email address shown in your account with the Razorpay payment ID and we will fix it or refund the charge under our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
